All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to:
- Change product prices at any time without notice
- Correct pricing errors that may occur
- Withdraw or modify products at any time

4. Payment
We accept payment via Stripe, which supports all major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely. Payment is taken at the time of order placement.
Important: By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method used is your own or that you have been authorised to use it.
5. Age Restriction
LushDesires sells age-restricted products. By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are purchasing for personal use
- You will not forward products to anyone under 18
We reserve the right to request age verification at any time. Orders may be cancelled if we are unable to verify the purchaser's age.
6. Order Process
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We will confirm receipt of your order via email. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation and process payment.
7. Delivery
We offer next-day UK delivery for orders placed before the cutoff time. Delivery times are estimates only — we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

8. Cancellation Rights (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive the goods ("cooling-off period").
How to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing (via email to lushdesires@outlook.com) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returning Goods
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless they are faulty.
Refunds
We will refund the original purchase price (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Hygiene Exemption: For reasons of hygiene and safety, sealed intimate products that have been unsealed or used cannot be returned, even within the cooling-off period. This is permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(1)(c)). Unsealed items include any product where the factory seal has been broken.
9. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days. We will:
- Replace the item, or
- Offer a full refund
Faulty items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- Loss of income, revenue, or profits
- Loss of data or opportunity
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is owned by LushDesires or our suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that transaction.
